Tabery Bee (Magica Outfit)

Well, this was a blast to do!
I figured, since Pinipy 's character T.B was so bright in most of her works, she'd most likely have a light-based element.

Okay, so the idea behind the Magica Outfit thingy is one I've had for a while. A comic, or something similar.
Think Magical Girl (Not Sailor Moon, More Madoka, but with less creepy and doom) and you will not be far off.
